Op het snijvlak van IT, Organisatiekunde en Economie werk ik voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in overheid, onderwijs, zorg en bedrijfsleven. Hierbij gaat het om projectmanagement van IT projecten, e-Participatie, inzet van Social Media en organisatieadvies. In de afgelopen 4 jaar heb ik gewerkt voor Ministerie van Economische Zaken, Kwaliteitsinstituut Nederlandse Gemeenten, Webrichtlijnen, eHerkenning, Standaarden+, MKB Nederland, SOS Kinderdorpen, KPN, NCDO, HvA, UvA, Always a Choice, MKB Servicedesk, Gemeente Den Bosch, Gemeente Nijmegen, Ministerie van LNV, DHO, Ministerie BZK, WorldConnectors, MijnOverheid, VNG, Gemeente Kampen, Gemeente Den Haag, Operatie NUP en Gemeente Utrecht.

Voor overheden en non-profits realiseerden wij sociale netwerken voor uitwisseling van kennis. Deze platformen zijn gebaseerd op onze eigen technologie voor snelle creatie van maatwerk. Social Imagineers onderscheid zich door haar resultaatgerichte aanpak. Na een korte analyse gaat wij in traject direct over tot actie. Hiermee combineren wij een pragmatische aanpak met strategische advies.

We hebben in zeven dagen tijd Nederland een Upgrade gegeven door de meest waardevolle initiatievenin te richten, de krachtigste netwerken te verbinden en de meest inspirerende verhalen te delen.

Did Java, PHP, and Ruby development for various websites and intranets. My speciality was backend development where I created the CMS, integration between services, and did some frontend development. Most project focused on e-commerce solutions.

With a group of three I researched what possible problems can happen when creating a customer care center as an implementation of e-Government. These topics where then analyzed on the current implementation of other councils in the Netherlands to advice Council of Almere how to proceed.

Developed a business/marketing/implementation strategy, by researching the prototype that’s developed and offered to clients by analyzing the market, researching possible selling channels and calculating costs. I created the business plan that contained the proposed strategy together with an initial plan on how to execute it.

Participated in the early fase of the implementation of a solution to be used by 125 employees around the globe to manage projects, finance, plan resource, time sheets, expense registration, and customers. Together with my colleague I monitored requirements, researched policy and inspected how the large database of contracts could be fitted into a technical solution

Research and improve business processes of the holding OtoCom-group with 5 daughter companies. With a colleague I researched strategic, tactical and the workflow to identify how communication was done between different departments over several business processes. By identifying failures we could highlight the successes that could be achieved by restructuring and communication between people across multiple business units and departments.

Lead a team of 6 co-students to design and develop a dynamic website for the Institute to recruit and process projects and assign students, teachers and supervisors to projects. As the only one with more then 4 years programming experience on both web development I thought the team working with Java in an Object Oriented way by using modern frameworks like JavaServer Faces and Hibernate.

Design, implementation and documentation of a network based on Window 2000 server and Windows NT workstations with the usage of the current that was heavily restructured and purchase of necessary equipment. I was responsible for the implementation and a part of the documentation covering the implementation.

Extending database and GUI after gathering of requirements and converting the old database and GUI. And implementing the new application by training the employees and documenting the new application. The implementation was especially complex because of the security constrains that needed to be circumvent by implementing procedures that allowed for a multi-user environment.

Web design and development company with students of the multimedia education. I started and runned the company with the support of Dudok College to give students of the multimedia course to practice what they learn. I lead the company with 3 to 8 other students consisting of both local as international students serving the local businesses.
